At Pretty Kitty Fashion, we want you to feel fabulous in your vintage-inspired styles. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, or use the QR code provided at your nearest authorized drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
